I bought a card at a gig. What now?

Enter the 12 digit code printed on the card and complete the captcha. (This is to stop spam and DOS attacks)
You'll then be taken to a page containing all the downloads assigned to your card.
Click and download the files.

How long do I have to download the files?

Once you first enter the 12 digit code, it will remain active for 24 hours.

Can I download straight to my mobile device?

Of course. We designed it that way. 3G enabled devices can access our site in all it's lo-tec glory. (we made it that way on purpose!) We intend to also provide a special wap enabled site for older phones as well. Valid download URL's are clearly printed on all cards. Please be aware that some providers may charge extra to download to mobile devices.

The download page doesn't contain the content I was expecting.

In the first instance please contact the person who sold you the card. It may be that they have more than one product for sale and they gave you the wrong card. If this is not the case, or they are unable to help, contact us stateing the card number (not the access code) and the problem you are having. We'll do everything we can to make sure you're happy.

My code doesn't work :(

Please check you've entered the code and completed the recaptcha correctly. If you can't read the recaptcha you can refresh it to get different words or even ask it to 'speak' the words to you. If after trying all this, it still doesn't work contact us and we'll look in to it.
